Returns & Exchanges Policy

To ensure a worry-free shopping experience, we gladly accept requests for returns and exchanges under the following terms and conditions.


■ Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

・You can request a return or exchange strictly within 14 days of receiving your item(s).

・To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item(s) must meet the following mandatory conditions:
    - Must be brand new, unused, and unwashed.
    - Must not have undergone any hemming or custom modifications.
    - Must include all original product tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
    - Must be purchased directly from our official online shop.

If you wish to initiate a return or exchange, you must contact us in advance at info@pm-basement.com for authorization.
Please note that any items sent back to us without our prior return authorization and explicit instructions will be strictly rejected.


■ Damages and Issues upon Delivery

Please thoroughly inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
In the unlikely event that you encounter any of the following issues, please contact us within 14 days of delivery:

・The item is defective, flawed, or physically damaged.

・You received the wrong item or an incorrect order allocation.

Upon evaluating the issue, we will make it right through a return or replacement processing. In these specific circumstances, we will fully absorb all return and replacement shipping costs. We will provide instructions on how to return the item, and your replacement will be dispatched with shipping costs fully prepaid by us.


■ Refunds Timeline

・Once your returned item is received and undergoes mandatory quality inspections, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

・If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited back to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

・Please keep in mind that it can take additional processing time for your bank or credit card institution to officially post the transaction to your account statements.

・If more than 16 business days have passed since your return was approved and you still have not received your credit, please contact us immediately at info@pm-basement.com.


■ Important Disclaimers

・Please note that sale items, promotional markdowns, and outlet goods are strictly final sale and cannot be accepted for returns or exchanges.

・While we accommodate exchanges for sizing preferences, fulfillment remains strictly subject to real-time inventory availability across our warehouses.

・Unless the return stems from a product defect or a shipping error, all logistics and shipping fees incurred for returning the item remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
