Orders & Payments
Q. What payment methods are available?

A. We accept Credit Cards (Visa / MasterCard / JCB / American Express).

Q. Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
A. Cancellations are possible as long as the product has not been shipped yet. Please note that we cannot accept cancellations once the shipping process is complete.

Q. Do you offer gift wrapping?
A. We currently do not offer gift wrapping services. If this service becomes available in the future, we will announce it on our website.


Shipping & Delivery
Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A. Normally, orders are shipped within 3 to 5 business days after your order is completed. Shipping outside of Japan will be handled via EMS (Japan Post's International Express Mail Service).

Q. Which shipping carrier do you use?
A. Orders will be shipped via EMS (Japan Post's International Express Mail Service). Please note that you cannot specify the shipping carrier.

Q. How much is the shipping fee?
A. Free shipping on orders of 12,000 yen (tax included) or more! (*However, customs duties/tariffs may apply. Please note this in advance.)
For shipments to the United States, customs duties are paid in advance, so a shipping fee is charged instead.


Products
Q. What should I do if I am unsure about choosing a size?
A. Please refer to the "Size Guide" on the product page. If you are still concerned, feel free to contact us via the inquiry form, and our staff will provide advice.

Q. Is hemming available?
A. Yes, it is available. We accept hemming requests at 880 yen (tax included) per pair. Please purchase it along with your jeans from the hemming order page.
*Currently, we only support chain stitching. *Please note that delivery will take longer than usual.

Q. Do you offer repair services?
A. We are sorry, but we do not accept repair requests. For initial defects, we will handle them by repairing or exchanging the item.

Q. Will out-of-stock items be restocked?
A. It depends on the product. For items that are scheduled to be restocked, a "Restock Notification" button is available on the product page.

Q. How should I wash my denim?
A. We recommend turning your denim inside out, placing it in a laundry net, and washing it separately. Please avoid using bleach and line dry in the shade. Be sure to also check the care label attached to the product.


Returns & Exchanges
Q. Are returns and exchanges possible?
A. You can request a return or exchange only within 14 days after the product arrives. Items must meet the following conditions to be eligible:
  • Must be brand new, unused, and unwashed.
  • Must not have been hemmed or undergone any other alterations.
  • Must have all product tags and accessories attached.
  • Must be a product purchased directly from our official online shop.
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please be sure to contact us in advance at info@pm-basement.com. Please note that we cannot accept any returns sent back to us before we provide guidance.

Q. Who covers the shipping cost for returns and exchanges?
A. We will cover the shipping cost in the case of initial defects or incorrect shipping. For all other returns and exchanges due to customer preference, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.

Q. Do you have a physical store?
A. Yes. We have a directly operated store, "P.M BASEMENT," in Nishi-ku, Osaka City. Please check the "About P.M BASEMENT" page for the location and business hours.

Q. Do you send out email newsletters or information about new products?
A. Yes. We deliver updates on new products and restocks to customers who register as members or sign up with their email addresses.
